If a customer’s vehicle is stolen and not recovered within 30 days, ARC’s auto theft protection plan will pay either the benefit amount listed on the warranty or the JD Power retail value of the vehicle at the time of loss, whichever is less.

ARC's theft protection plans may include (but are not limited to) the following benefits:

• • Insurance Deductible Reimbursement – If the vehicle is stolen and later recovered but not declared a total loss, ARC will reimburse up to $1,000 for repair costs or insurance deductible expenses.
  • Vehicle Replacement Rebate – If the stolen vehicle is declared a total loss and the customer purchases a replacement from the original selling dealer before filing a claim, they will receive an additional $1,000 in theft replacement coverage.
  • Rental Car Reimbursement – Customers are reimbursed $30 per day for up to 15 days (maximum $450) to cover temporary transportation expenses.
  • Trip Interruption Reimbursement – If the vehicle is stolen more than 200 miles from home, ARC will cover lodging and meal expenses up to $175 per day for six days (maximum $1,050).
