Jason Caley brings over 30 years of deep, hands-on experience in the automotive industry as the National Dealer Consultant with ARC. His journey began in 1994 at a successful Ford dealership in the Kansas City market shortly after completing his service in the United States Marine Corps. By age 23, he was Parts & Service Director, later holding leadership roles including Fixed Operations Director, COO, and Director of Operations across multiple rooftops.
Jason has led through every major industry shift, from launching off-site service centers during the 2008 downturn to building a standalone collision center in 2016. He later founded Caley Business Solutions, a consulting firm that served clients across automotive, equipment, marine, insurance, and more.
Now as National Dealer Consultant at ARC, Jason brings operational expertise in fixed ops, financial strategy, HR, and reinsurance to dealers nationwide. Known for his no-nonsense leadership and people-first mindset, he is a trusted advisor to dealer clients across the country.
Outside of work, Jason is a proud father. Jackson, former collegiate athlete and successful professional. And now a PROUD Grandfather. He is married to the love of his life, Anna Kristine Caley, and together they enjoy spending time with their grand baby Collins and traveling for destination concerts. He also shares life with Anna Bell, their 12-year-old lab-golden mix who serves as a therapy dog, as well as Finny. In his free time, Jason enjoys golf, fishing, and bow hunting.
