ARC began with a mission to support independent dealerships with tools, insight, and peer collaboration they couldn’t find anywhere else and that mission continues to evolve today.
ARC was founded in February 2020, just weeks before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges of launching during a global crisis, we remained committed to our vision and quickly adapted to the changing landscape.
ARC was created to solve real problems facing independent and franchise dealers. This purpose continues to guide how we build products, 20 Groups, and long-term partnerships today.
Our first client, Chris Jackson, at Monster Motors in Jackson, Michigan, trusted ARC for warranty, reinsurance, and consulting services. That partnership laid the foundation for future growth and clearly demonstrated the real-world impact ARC delivers to dealers.
Since then, ARC has established itself as a premier service provider for high-volume dealerships, particularly Mega Independent Dealerships that sell 400+ cars per month. While we offer proven programs for high-volume dealers, we also provide tailored solutions for independent dealerships of all sizes across the country.
