Jason Caley brings over 25 years of deep, hands-on experience in the automotive industry to his role as a National Dealer Consultant with ARC. His journey began in 1994 at a successful Ford dealership in the Kansas City market shortly after completing his service in the United States Marine Corps. By age 23, Jason had already risen to the role of Parts & Service Director, a position he held until 2005.
From there, his leadership continued at G.R. Milner Ford, where he served as their Fixed Operations Director. During the economic downturn of 2008, Jason’s adaptability stood out as he took on roles in sales, finance, and administration, even launching and managing an off-site independent service center. In 2010, he became a minority partner in the dealership and remained a key leader until its acquisition by the Max Motors Automotive Group in 2014. Jason stayed on as Director of Operations, overseeing five rooftops and spearheading the development of a standalone collision center in 2016.
After a storied career in retail automotive, Jason stepped away at the end of 2019. Among his many accomplishments, one he is most proud of is the technician loyalty he fostered, under his leadership, the average tenure of a service or body technician was 17 years. His commitment to people, process, and long-term success is a cornerstone of his approach.
In 2020, Jason launched Caley Business Solutions, a consulting firm focused on streamlining operations, reducing liability, and maximizing labor and assets. Even through the challenges of COVID-19, CBS thrived, serving a wide range of industries including automotive, equipment sales and service, marine, insurance, and food and beverage.
Now at ARC, Jason is excited to bring his high-speed dealership perspective and operational insight to an already thriving team. His experience in banking, reinsurance, human resources, and fixed operations makes him a trusted resource for ARC clients nationwide.
Outside of work, Jason is a proud father to two grown children, Bailey and Jackson, both former collegiate athletes and successful professionals. He is engaged to the love of his life, Anna, and together they enjoy spending time with their grandbaby Collins and traveling for destination concerts. He also shares life with Anna Bell, their 11-year-old lab-golden mix who serves as a therapy dog. In his free time, Jason enjoys golf, fishing, and bow hunting.
