One Month. Five Events. Building Better Dealers Together.

Published on: July 20, 2026

June was a busy month at ARC, but more importantly, it was a month focused on helping dealerships improve.

Over the course of just a few weeks, our team connected with hundreds of dealers through five major events across the country. From hands-on F&I training in Indianapolis to Dealer 20 Group meetings in Iowa and Colorado, followed by one of the automotive industry's largest conventions, every event shared the same objective:

Helping dealers become stronger leaders, build more profitable dealerships, and learn from one another.

While each event served a different audience, they all reinforced what makes ARC unique. We don't simply host meetings or training sessions. We create opportunities for dealers to gain practical knowledge, challenge their thinking, share best practices, and return home with ideas they can immediately put into action.

Here's a look back at an incredible month.

Kicking Off June with F&I Bootcamp

June began in Indianapolis, Indiana, where Cory "3K" Collins led another sold-out ARC F&I Bootcamp at the Alexander Hotel.

Twenty-five attendees from across the country came together for two days of intensive F&I training. The class included everyone from individuals brand new to finance and insurance to experienced professionals looking to sharpen their skills and improve dealership performance.

One thing stood out immediately.

The atmosphere.

Rather than simply sitting through presentations, attendees actively supported one another throughout the training. Questions turned into conversations, conversations became coaching opportunities, and by the end of the event, the room had become a community focused on helping everyone succeed.

Cory also introduced a new post-class resource package that gave attendees access to additional tools, templates, and materials after returning home. Instead of trying to cover everything inside the classroom, participants left knowing they had practical resources waiting for them that could immediately be implemented inside their dealerships.

The event also welcomed nine members of the J.D. Power team, who attended to learn more about ARC's approach to F&I education. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, opening discussions about future collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.

Perhaps the best endorsement came from attendee Cortney Banks of Clinton, Missouri, who shared:

"My first F&I class and WOW! To say I was impressed is an understatement. The class was packed with valuable information, yet it was engaging, interactive, and even funny. I never once found myself bored. Beyond the practical strategies and actionable steps, it also provided great perspective on changing your mindset and rewiring the way you think for success. I'm leaving with a ton of ideas that I'm excited to implement at our dealership. Thank you for an outstanding training experience!"

Looking ahead, Cory's next F&I Bootcamp will place additional emphasis on FTC compliance and leadership, incorporating firsthand knowledge gained from meetings with federal regulators and industry leaders.

Nike 20 Group: Learning Inside a High Performing Dealership

Next, ARC traveled to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for another meeting of our Nike Dealer 20 Group, moderated by Justin Osburn.

Designed specifically for high-performing independent dealerships, the Nike group focuses on accountability, benchmarking, leadership, and continuous operational improvement.

One of the highlights of the meeting was an onsite visit to Cassill Motors, one of the Midwest's most respected independent dealerships and home of Landon Cassill, inventor of CarChief®.

Seeing another dealership operate firsthand is one of the most valuable experiences a dealer can have.

It's one thing to hear about successful processes during a presentation.

It's another to walk through a dealership, ask questions, observe operations, and have open conversations with the people who built those systems.

These onsite visits continue to be one of the biggest differentiators within ARC's Dealer 20 Groups because they transform ideas into real-world examples dealers can immediately take back to their own stores.

Two Dealer 20 Groups. One Shared Commitment to Growth.

Later in June, ARC hosted two separate Dealer 20 Groups simultaneously at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

While both meetings were held at the same venue, Achilles and Artemis remained independent events led by their respective moderators and designed specifically for the unique needs of each group.

Together, however, they represented everything ARC believes Dealer 20 Groups should be.

Inside each meeting, dealers openly reviewed financial performance, discussed operational challenges, shared successful strategies, and held one another accountable for commitments made during previous meetings.

This level of transparency is what makes Dealer 20 Groups so powerful.

Competitors rarely share what is working inside their businesses.

Peers do.

By leveraging Linus® Benchmarking, dealership financial composites, operational KPI reporting, and structured accountability, members gain an objective view of their performance while learning directly from dealerships experiencing similar challenges.

No consultant can replicate that kind of learning.

It comes from being surrounded by peers willing to share their successes, discuss their failures, and genuinely help one another improve.

Bringing That Same Message to NIADA

The week concluded at the 2026 NIADA Convention, also held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Denver.

For ARC, NIADA represents much more than a trade show.

It's an opportunity to introduce independent dealers from across North America to the power of Dealer 20 Groups while reconnecting with many of the dealers already growing inside the ARC community.

Our booth quickly became a place for meaningful conversations about dealership growth, profitability, leadership, F&I performance, and operational excellence.

Current members frequently stopped by because they wanted to tell other dealers how the program had impacted their businesses.

Again and again, we heard the same message.

The accountability, relationships, benchmarking, and shared learning inside ARC Dealer 20 Groups had fundamentally changed how these dealers approached their businesses.

Those conversations became even more meaningful when several ARC members took the stage as featured speakers during NIADA.

Congratulations to Landon Cassill, Marshall Zoerner, and Chris Taylor, who represented not only their dealerships but the collaborative spirit that defines ARC's Dealer 20 Groups.

Seeing fellow members support one another throughout each presentation perfectly captured the culture ARC has worked hard to build.

As our Events Team Leader Michelle Mantonya put it:

Iron sharpens iron.

Those three words summarized the entire week.

Dealers helping dealers.

Leaders investing in leaders.

Businesses becoming stronger because owners choose to learn from one another instead of trying to solve every problem alone.

Why June Matters

Looking back, June wasn't simply five successful events.

It was five opportunities to invest in dealerships.

From F&I education and Dealer 20 Group accountability to onsite dealership visits, peer benchmarking, and industry networking, every event reflected ARC's commitment to helping dealers improve every aspect of their operations.

Whether someone attended their very first F&I Bootcamp, participated in a Dealer 20 Group meeting, toured another successful dealership, or met the ARC team at NIADA, they left with practical ideas they could immediately implement inside their business.

That's the difference.

ARC isn't focused on creating events.  We're focused on creating better dealers.

Because when dealers grow, dealerships become stronger.  When dealerships become stronger, employees have greater opportunities.

And when owners surround themselves with like-minded professionals who challenge, encourage, and hold one another accountable, everyone wins.

We'd like to thank every dealer, partner, speaker, sponsor, and team member who helped make June such a tremendous success.

We're already looking forward to what's next.
