At ARC, we believe strong communities are built on strong families and values-based education. Through ARC Cares, our community impact initiative, we are honored to partner with Clinton Christian Academy (CCA) to launch the ARC Cares Teacher Scholarship, a program created to support the teachers who faithfully serve students in the classroom while also investing in a Christ-centered education for their own children.
On August 18, 2025, ARC leadership joined Mrs. Robin Ritchie, Superintendent at CCA, along with the staff for a special check presentation, celebrating the very first recipients of the ARC Cares Teacher Scholarship:

Heidi Foreman – 7th Grade English & English I Teacher (two children supported)

Sarah Jones – 5th Grade Teacher (one child supported)

Ashlee Henny – 2nd Grade Teacher (one child supported)
This inaugural year, $10,000 was awarded to cover the tuition costs of four students of CCA teachers during the 2025–2026 school year.
These awards reflect the heart of ARC Cares, honoring teachers who balance the calling of education with the responsibility of raising their own families.

The ARC Cares Teacher Scholarship is open to both full-time and part-time teachers at CCA who have children enrolled at the school. Applications are submitted directly through ARC’s website and reviewed independently to ensure fairness. Scholarships are awarded for one school year, with renewal opportunities as funding allows. Each year, recipients are recognized through a check presentation, photos, and school-wide celebration.
Looking ahead, ARC will continue to invite clients, partners, and community members to contribute directly to the scholarship fund. Every dollar donated goes toward supporting CCA teachers and their families, ensuring the program’s long-term sustainability.
The launch of the ARC Cares Teacher Scholarship is just the beginning. Each year, we look forward to recognizing more teachers, celebrating their stories, and investing in families who live out the values of faith and service. At ARC, we are proud to stand alongside educators and to demonstrate, in tangible ways, that ARC Cares.
